Mary Hemmingsen

30 years of energy, infrastructure and cleantech experience in business/market development and related asset/portfolio management and facility/project development across many aspects of both the North American and global energy sector.

Currently serves on a number of publicly listed and private company boards in the energy, energy services and infrastructure sector including InstarAGF Asset Management, the Crossing Group of Companies and Graham Construction.

Previous executive roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of North West Innovation Works, a cleantech gas to methanol development platform, KPMG partner and Industry Lead of Power and Utilities for Canada as well as global Head of Gas and LNG, and senior Vice-President of Business Development for Brookfield Power and Utilities.

Chartered Professional Accountant (BC) with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Simon Fraser University and has completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program and the Institute of Certified Directors Program.
