Dayton has been working in account management and sales for over 10 years, with the majority of that in solid waste management. He manages the feedstocks for Evergen's facilities and the sale of their finished products. Working with waste haulers, farmers, food processors and governments, he finds creative solutions to their organic waste needs. He is also a member of Metro Vancouver's Solid Waste & Recycling Industry Advisory Committee.
